Stylo MTO Program

Seeding Tomorrow’s Management Team

Stylo MTO Program is covering various stages of Recruitment, Selection and Training. Every year, in a batch 25 candidates selected after a tedious process of selection. Upon successful completion of this period as MTO, the selected finalists are assigned suitable position as per their performance.

Stylo Internship Program

Every year, Stylo provides an opportunity for students to get first-hand experience of the Corporate work environment. We offer a 3 months project based internship to our up-and-coming enthusiasts which helps kick-start their career. Not only this, students are also paid a Stipend for their hard work.

Industrial Visits

Industrial visit has its own importance in a career of a student who is pursuing a professional degree. We at Stylo, understand that theoretical knowledge is not enough for developing a good professional career. With an aim to go beyond academics, we provide an opportunity for students to visit Stylo Production facility and Head Office. This gives them a practical perspective on the world of work, learn practically through interaction with experienced professionals, and have a first-hand experience of best employment practices.

Project Assistance

Students from various universities visit Stylo Head Office to get assistance on their projects. We make sure to help by sharing our knowledge. This gives these fresh minds a flavor of corporate environment and they learn a great deal from our experienced professionals.

Our Story

Today Stylo has become one of the most recognized names in Pakistani footwear industry and has no intention of slowing down. Stylo has around 140 brand outlets in more than 50 cities in Pakistan. An ISO 9001-2000 certified company, the brand never has, nor ever will compromise on quality. A large part of Stylo’s successful journey as a reputable brand has been its ability to stay on top of the trends in a mercurial market. The brand has become quick at anticipating changes in fashion and catering to them with unparalleled swiftness.

A young man from Lahore, Mr. Azhar Hussian Siddiqui, took up a job as a shoe salesmen in Lahore’s famous Anarkali bazaar. His hard work and honesty gained him popularity amongst his team and other salesmen. His good reputation earned him job opportunities at other stores, but being a visionary, Mr. Siddiqui started his own business in 1974 under the name of Bano Chapal with Rs. 174 only. His sincere commitment to his work started paying off and the vision gradually turned into a success story.
