Selling has often been considered more art than science. These days, however, the best sales forces are empowered by technology solutions and data and that’s what we ensure here at Stylo. Our Operations department is responsible for running the business successfully by coming up with new techniques and trends to increase the overall sales. It has the ultimate accountability for profit and loss, and seeks to maximize return on investment for the shareholders. While the operations department is responsible for the bottom line, it also oversees other departments in the organization, as well as the development of the Sales Staff and customers.
Stylo provides a wide range of opportunities when it comes to its Operations Department. Be it the retail side or positions in the head office, we offer a dynamic career to you and a chance to learn from the Gurus of the industry.
Our Marketing department is responsible to understand our customers’ demands and needs, market trends and our competitors. The team primarily works to formulate our marketing strategies, promotions, campaigns, brand image and customer care.
Opportunities exist in Brands, Digital Media, E-commerce, Value added services, etc.
For Stylo, its human capital is considered to be its biggest asset. Our HR Department takes every possible measure to facilitate our employees. Positions in Human Resource exist in areas such as HR services, human resource business partnering, and center of excellence.
Moreover, this department also ensures a healthy and clean environment in the office along with all the support relating to accommodation and transport of employees.
Stylo has always remained proactive when it comes to introducing new technology within the organization. This is the area where we always remain ahead of the game. Whether it comes to implementing ERP systems like Oracle or networks like Office 360. It provides best fit software platforms to improve departments & Stores system efficiency, data reliability, analysis and reporting. It also works on improving cross functional reporting, operational efficiency, data protection and organizational networking capability.
This department has opportunities in Network Operations, Business Support System, LAN Optimization, etc.
Finance Department makes sure all company accounts are maintained as per International accounting standards and provide analysis of company position in terms of profit, sales, expenses, liabilities, financing. It also reviews and reports variances in budget status.
Careers in finance include areas such as Business Planning & Analysis, Risk & Assurance Management, Financial Control, etc.
An independent, objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve the Stylo Group Operations, the internal audit Department helps the Group accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes.”
Internal audit department evaluates risk assessments of all critical areas of Stylo Group and performed risk based audit of all activities identified during that risk assessment.
Our Design Department strives to keep abreast with international color, design trends and quality standards and exercise their application. It also develops new designs of female footwear in all the defined categories
Career in Design Department at Stylo ensures creativity, learning and challenges every step of the way.
Supply chain management Department at Stylo looks after the management of the flow of goods and services including the movement and storage of raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods from point of origin to point of consumption.
Career opportunities available in this department include Replenishment, Merchandizing, and Planning etc.
In recent years, Stylo Pvt. Ltd. also initiated its own production unit dealing in shoe and apparel. It provides dynamic opportunities in the fields of merchandising, planning, and all operations related to production.
Quality assurance Department plays a crucial role in business by ensuring that products meet certain standards of quality. They plan, direct or coordinate quality assurance programs and formulate quality control policies. They also work to improve an organization’s efficiency and profitability by reducing waste.
At Stylo, we have also established a quality lab with latest machinery to monitor quality of our products and test new materials and raw materials.
This department looks after the purchase, construction and renovations, which are required throughout our retail network along with the Head Office.
